Phoenixville Support Groups News Post

Published: 08/02/2023 - 8:00 AM

The Y is a place for everyone to connect to healthier lives.

We're more than just a gym. We offer health support groups for our members and community to connect with other people dealing with similar experiences. These groups meet to support each other and share more information about varying health challenges.

These events and groups are all free and open to the community.

This support group is open to community members living with diabetes. Families are also welcome. Attending this group is a proactive way to find support, help, tips, and tools for dealing with diabetes. It can also be a part of an integrated approach to diabetes management.

This group meets on the third Tuesdays of each month from 10:30 - 11:30 AM.
