Meet the NEW YMCA360 Mobile App

Get Started:

1. Download the YMCA360 app in your Google Play Store, Apple Store, or wherever you download your apps. You can also access this app through your desktop at ymca360.org or through streaming devices like AppleTV, Roku, and Android TV.
2. Login to the app or website using the email address already attached to your membership - no need to create an account!
3. Add your zip code to find your local Y.
4. Input the verification code sent to your email. When successfully verified, your membership barcodes should automatically be added to the app.
5. Start exploring all YMCA360 has to offer!

Membership barcodes not available in the app? Make sure to input the email address associated with your Y membership. If you are unsure of the email on your account, ask the membership desk during your next visit to the Y.

WATCH

This tab is where you can watch live or on-demand fitness classes - with new content being added every week! This includes LIVE streaming classes from Ys all across the country.

You will be able to watch hundreds of on-demand classes right in the app in seconds, too! Beyond fitness classes, there are instructional videos for sports training, cooking, and so much more.

MY Y

Everything you need to know about your local Y or neighboring locations is located here. You can see your local schedules, operating hours, social media links, and more!

ACTIVITY

Track your hard work and Y activity! See your points, workouts, and more!

SCHEDULES

View all your branch's schedules in one place! Members can easily access the following schedules without ever leaving the app: group exercise, KidZone, open gym, open swim, and small group training.

PLUS virtual classes from PhilaYatHome are now available to reserve in the app, too!

MY TEAM

We have so many incredible instructors at the Y! Now you can "favorite" the instructors you love most and access their classes and content quickly.

PhilaYMCA App:

Our old PhilaYMCA app will sunset February 27, 2025. All information will be available in our new YMCA360 app instead.

Don't worry - your rewards points will transfer over to our new app! We ask members to stop point earning actions in the PhilaYMCA app on February 24, 2025 to allow us to begin the process of exporting the points. To ensure a smooth transition, please take the following steps:

• Please check our old app prior to 2/24 and make sure your account has the email that matches your member account. 
• Take a screenshot of your point totals in the old app.

Your point totals from the PhilaYMCA app could take 1-2 weeks to appear on your account after the launch of YMCA360. Thanks for your patience as we work to transfer the points!

PhilaYatHome Website:

All of the functionality of the PhilaYatHome website is transitioning into YMCA360! Members will access virtual classes from local instructors, and on-demand classes in the app or via ymca360.org.

This website will eventually sunset and access will not be available. Learn more about how to use our PhilaYatHome features on the new app HERE.
