What's New:

  • Line Dancing - Mondays at 7:15 PM (new evening timeslot!)
  • Cycle - Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45 AM (MORE morning class times!)
  • Sunset Yoga Series - September 18 & 25 (CLICK HERE for more info)
  • Gentle Yoga with NEW instructor, Christine D on Saturdays at 9:30 AM
  • NEW Family Group Ex Schedule for fall:
    • Family Yoga on select Sundays from 9:30 - 10:30 AM

    • Family Cycle on select Sundays from 11:00 - 11:45 AM

What's Back:

  • ZUMBA Gold with Karina - Thursdays at 11:45 AM
  • Total Body Cycle with Michelle G - Saturdays at 9:30 AM
  • BODYPUMP - Fridays at 4:45 PM

What's Changed:

  • Pilates - Tuesday classes moved to 6:30 PM
  • BODYBALANCE - Saturday classes moved to 10:45 AM
