Get ready for great winter programs at the Y! We're hosting an open house event for our community to sample programs, meet our team, and get excited for our upcoming season!
This FREE event is open to members and non-members. Registration is not required.

Where: Gym A
Train like an athlete to enhance your speed, agility, strength, and endurance! Each workout will replicate the training exercises athletes use to improve their skills and focus on both cardio and strength training for a total body workout.
Where: Gym B
We balance skill improvement with fun in every gymnastics class! This demo class is open to members of all ages We will tailor the class to separate by age (including parent/child).

Looking to elevate your workout? Come try out this unique small group training class that leverages your own bodyweight using a TRX trainer for a revolutionary total body workout.
Where: Gym B
Join us on the court to meet our coaches, run some drills, and get an inside look into our new and improved basketball program. We will even play a few short-sided games at the end of the demo!
7:00 - 7:30 PM
Where: Pool Area
Learn about skills and techniques that can keep you safe at any age! We invite participants to wear bathing suits and join us in the pool for games and demos in the water.
7:30 - 8:00 PM
Where: Pool Area
Enjoy time in the pool reserved exclusively for families. Swim, splash, and have a blast!
