Spring is packed with fun events at Camp Speers YMCA, a camp, event, and retreat space on 1,100 acres in the Poconos! These events are open to members and non-members and each come with an exciting list of activities. Registration is required.
Spring Events:
Celebrate the start of the season with Family Fun Day at Camp Speers!
This FREE event welcomes families to enjoy a day of hands-on camp activities including archery, canoeing, rock climbing, tie-dye, crafts, and more. Come experience the magic of camp, soak up the fresh air, and create lasting family memories.

Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 1 - 4 PM
The fun never ends during Family Camp weekends! With dozens of activities to choose from every minute of the weekend, we guarantee every member of the family will find something to love at Camp Speers.
Imagine a weekend with no distractions, allowing you to play and enjoy being with your family and friends. We provide accommodations, meals and fun; all you have to do is join in.

Adults $230 | Children (Ages 5-17) $160
Friday-Sunday
Adults $200 | Children (Ages 5-17) $120
*Children 4 and under are free

Family Camp weekend runs from May 22 - May 25, 2026.
Camp isn’t just for kids! This action-packed weekend is the perfect chance to step away from the day-to-day grind and connect with other women for an unforgettable adventure. Enjoy a balanced mix of high-energy activities and time to recharge, all surrounded by nature.
Hike scenic trails, explore the waterfront, climb the rock tower, zipline, practice archery, and learn survival skills — then unwind by the fireplace with moments to relax and reflect. This weekend is all about honoring women’s desire for adventure, connection, and time outdoors.
We’ll wrap up the experience with a fun adventure challenge that puts your new skills to the test and sends you home feeling confident, refreshed, and inspired.
