Train like an athlete to enhance your speed, agility, strength, and endurance! This FREE pop-up workout will replicate the training exercises athletes use to improve their skills and focus on both cardio and strength training for a total body workout.

Workouts are led by Y instructor and Girls Who Run run club Co-Founder, Nahiema!

This event is open to members ages 10-17 and registration is not required.
