Ready to punch up your fitness routine? Attend our free boxing classes this October! Whether you're looking to try boxing for the first time or just want a fun, high-energy workout, this is the perfect chance to step into the ring (no experience needed!).
PLUS - we'll have a 7-week Boxing program as part of our Small Group Training offerings starting in November. This is a great opportunity to get familiar with the program before we begin!
Classes are structured for beginners and separated by age group. Classes are free and open to members only.
When:
Youth Classes for members ages 8 - 14 meet at the below times:
- Select Thursdays at 5:00 PM - October 2, 9, 16
- Select Saturdays at 9:00 AM - October 4, 11, 18
Adult classes for members ages 18+ meet on the below dates at 7 AM, 8 AM, and 6 PM:
- Monday, October 13
- Tuesday, October 14
- Wednesday, October 15
- Thursday, October 16
Where:
All classes are held at the Ambler YMCA.
