Mondays
- NEW: Chair Yoga with Annette from 1 - 2 PM starts September 8
- NEW time: Vinyasa Yoga with Christin moves to Mondays at 4:45 PM beginning September 8
Tuesdays
- NEW: Core Sculpt with Jamie at 9:30 AM begins September 2
Wednesdays
- NEW time: Rhythmic Cycle with Jamie at 9:30 AM begins September 3
Thursdays
- NEW: Dance Fitness with Emily at 8:30 AM begins September 11
- NEW: Les Mills DANCE with Zack at 6:30 PM begins September 11
