Sweat & Reset
Wrap up your summer with our Sweat & Reset Challenge—the perfect blend of fire and flow!
This August, dive into four heart-pumping workouts like HIIT, cycling, or bootcamp, then soothe your summer vibes with four calming classes like yoga, stretch, or meditation. It’s all about balancing that summer sweat with some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
Eligible workout types: yoga, meditation, HIIT, bootcamp, cycle/bike, meditation/mindfulness
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
Summer Swimming Spree
Our Summer Swimming Spree is making its final splash! For August, the challenge continues: swim or water walk for 30 minutes, three times a week.
It’s a great way to stay cool, stay active, and earn those Y rewards. Every session brings you closer to your wellness goals—so don’t let up now! As we wrap up the final month of this challenge, keep your goggles on and finish strong!
Eligible workout types: swimming, and water exercise
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
Summer of Strength
Get ready to build heat and muscle this summer with our Summer of Strength Challenge! Each month brings a new focus to keep you motivated, strong, and progressing toward your goals. Complete all three months to unlock ultimate bragging rights—and serious Y Rewards points!
August: Final Push Month
Focus: Strength meets variety
Goal: Complete 12 total strength workouts, including 2 different types (e.g., machines + class, or free weights + TRX, etc.)
Eligible workout types: cross-training, strength training, and boot camp
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
How to find the challenges:
1. Open your YMCA360 Mobile App. Make sure you are on the "Home" screen.
2. Click the "My Challenges" tile on the screen.
3. Click "All" at the top of the screen and browse upcoming challenges.
4. Click on a challenge to see more info and rules.
4. Click "Join Challenge" for any option you'd like to participate in. When you do, you will see your challenge stats and the participant leaderboard.
5. Follow the steps under "Rules" to log your workout correctly.
6. Once you join a challenge, you will see that challenge listed under "My Challenges" moving forward.
Earn Y Rewards Points:
Every challenge completed or workout tracked earns you Y rewards points you can cash in for great prizes like water bottles, sport belts, totes, and MORE!
