Spring Break!
Spring break is around the corner—perfect timing to shake up your routine! Try something new by taking three different group exercise classes or attending your favorites with a new instructor. Step out of your comfort zone, discover new workouts, and earn rewards along the way!
Eligible Workout Types: Barre, Cardio/HIIT, Core Workout, Cycle/Bike, Pilates, Strength Training, Tai Chi, Water Exercise, Yoga, Zumba, Other
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
36 Miles for Autism
Join us this April for Autism Awareness Month by taking on the 36 Miles for Autism Challenge—a tribute to the 1 in 36 individuals diagnosed with autism. Log your walks or runs, tracking up to 5 miles per day toward your goal. Reach 36 miles by the end of the month and earn your Y Rewards!
Eligible Workout Types: Running, Walking
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
Blossom & Burn
Spring into strength and watch yourself grow! The Blossom & Burn challenge is all about building muscle, increasing endurance, and igniting your fitness routine with progressive strength training. Complete the workouts, track your progress, and bloom into a stronger you!
Mix it up with group ex strength classes, weightlifting, circuit training, or functional fitness workouts. Stay consistent, stay strong, and let’s Blossom & Burn together!
Eligible Workout Types: Cardio/HIIT, Core Workout, Cross-Training, Strength Training, Other
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
Join the Les Mills Spring Launch Challenge for one week only!
Experience fresh music and choreography designed to energize your spring workouts, whether you stick with your favorite instructors or step out of your comfort zone to try something new.
Try at least three Les Mills classes within the week of your local YMCA's launch, log your workouts, and earn points along the way.
Simply signing up earns you 10 points, and if you complete the challenge, you'll receive 50 points—redeemable for Y swag!
May App Challenges
Namaste in May
May is Mental Health Awareness Month—take time to care for your mind and body by joining our Namaste in May challenge!
Participate in 5 yoga classes throughout the month and log each one under the Yoga workout type to earn Y reward points toward exclusive swag. Breathe deep, stretch it out, and feel the benefits of movement and mindfulness.
Eligible Workout Types: Yoga
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
Mindful May
Join us this May for our Mindful May challenge and prioritize your well-being with simple, mindful movement.
Commit to just 15 minutes twice a week of any of the following: a peaceful walk, breathing exercises, or gentle stretching. Log your mental health exercises under the eligible workout types to earn points toward exclusive Y swag. Small moments of self-care can make a big impact!
Eligible Workout Types: Meditation/Mindfulness, Stretching, Walking

Silver Strength
Celebrate Senior Health & Fitness Day on May 28 by joining our Silver Strength challenge!
Complete 5 strength training workouts throughout the month of May and log them under the eligible workout type to earn Y reward points toward exclusive Y swag. It’s a great way to stay strong, active, and healthy—because strength has no age limit!
Eligible Workout Types: Strength Training
Earn 10 points just for joining and 50 points when you complete the challenge.
How to find the challenges:
1. Open your YMCA360 Mobile App. Make sure you are on the "Home" screen.
2. Click the "My Challenges" tile on the screen.
3. Click "All" at the top of the screen and browse upcoming challenges.
4. Click on a challenge to see more info and rules.
4. Click "Join Challenge" for any option you'd like to participate in. When you do, you will see your challenge stats and the participant leaderboard.
5. Follow the steps under "Rules" to log your workout correctly.
6. Once you join a challenge, you will see that challenge listed under "My Challenges" moving forward.
Earn Y Rewards Points:
Every challenge completed or workout tracked earns you Y rewards points you can cash in for great prizes like water bottles, sport belts, totes, and MORE!
